The LEEDS network is overseen by a Network Coordination and Leadership Team ( NCLT), that monitors and guides all branch schools. The Network Coordination and Leadership Team is structured around two distinct pillars: Academic and Non-Academic. All academic functions are overseen by the Coordinating Principal, while all operational matters fall under the leadership of the General Manager \u2013 Operations.Network Coordination will centrally govern and provide strategic direction for both academic and non-academic areas across the schools. This includes, but is not limited to, Head of Academic, Head of examination, Network HR, Network IT, Network Sports, and Network Finance.Each branch operates with its own management team, with Pre-schools led by Headmistresses and Primary\/Secondary schools led by Principals. \nShe holds a Master\u2019s Degree and a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management from the University of Colombo, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Kelaniya.
